Located in a peaceful area of Ferndown, our 8-bedded residential home supports adults with learning disabilities and autism. Each resident has their own en-suite room, offering comfort, privacy, and a safe space to call their own.
We provide a warm, person-centred environment where individuals are encouraged to live fulfilling and independent lives. Our experienced staff work closely with each resident to build personalised support plans that reflect their needs, preferences, and goals.
Life in our home is active and engaging. We offer a wide range of in-house activities, from arts and crafts to cooking sessions and sensory experiences. Residents also enjoy access to community-based opportunities, including local day centres, social clubs, and leisure outings. Building strong connections with family and maintaining meaningful relationships is a core part of our approach, and we work hard to involve families as much as possible in daily life and care planning.

Green Lanes Supported Living Service
We provide high-quality Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. Based in Dorset and proudly serving both Dorset and BCP Council areas, our team is committed to delivering care that is personalised, respectful, and empowering.
Our focus is on promoting choice, independence, and a good quality of life. Whether supporting individuals in their own homes or in shared supported living settings, we work closely with each person to create tailored support plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and daily needs.

Set in a lively part of North London, our home offers the perfect balance of community connection and a calm, supportive living environment.
We’re all about promoting independence, confidence, and quality of life. Our person-centred approach means we tailor support to each individual, focusing on their strengths, goals, and preferences. Whether it’s learning new skills, building routines, or exploring the local area, we support residents to take an active role in their own lives.
